นายธนบูรณ์ชัย อร่ามเรือง รองนายกเทศมนตรีตำบลเขมราฐ กล่าวต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง อำเภอเดชอุดม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ที่ได้จัดโครงการอบรมและพัฒนาศักยภาพคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง คณะอนุกรรมการการจัดบริการดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาวที่มีภาสะพึ่งพิง คณะทำงานและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เข้ามาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กิจกรรมจากทางเทศบาลตำบลเขมราฐ เรื่อง การดำเนินงานหลักประกันสุขภาพท้องถิ่น โดยมีนายนรังสรรค์ หมิ่งทอง ผู้อำนวยการกองสาธารณสุข เป็นวิทยากร บรรยายเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการชุมชน
